Visiting the Grapevine
The Grapevine Wellbeing Centre offers a safe, non-judgemental, supportive space for anyone struggling with their mental health or wellbeing. It is a free, open-door service; no one has to wait for a referral or diagnosis, and support is not time-limited. As well as daytime drop-in support, we offer regular social, creative and nature-based group activities either within the Centre or in the wider community. More recently, we have developed a programme of talks on a range of themes relating to mental health and wellbeing, and widened its offer to include weekend and evening activities.
More information about visiting us is available on our accessibility page.

Where are you located?
If I work or have caring responsibilities, can I come to the Centre?
Our weekend and Evening Grapevine are run at times outside of normal working hours, specifically for anyone who can’t get to us in the daytime. As we can’t run as many out-of-hour sessions, we ringfence these for people who work or are of working age who have caring responsibilities.
Do I need to bring anything with me to the daytime groups?
No, just yourself, everything else is provided.
