The drop ins are open to all individuals who require support with their wellbeing and mental health conditions. We are a registered Safe Space. So if you want a chat or just a cup of tea you are very welcome to pop in.

Mindfulness is open to everyone including the complete beginner.
It’s an opportunity to take some time out for you and relax.
Creative writing offers a safe and expressive environment to experience ourselves through writing stories and poems.
It is open to all abilities and new members are always welcome.
We have a weekly group led by Katie. You can take part in gentle movement and yoga forms in this comfortable and social group.
The whole session is done sitting down so it’s accessible for everyone.
Arts and crafts offers the opportunity for people to tap into their creativity, through a range of different art mediums.
We also do a range of seasonal crafts for Eid, Christmas and Easter. Art work is sometimes taken home or kindly donated to raise money for the Centre.
