We are proud to have supported adults across the High Peak area and further afield since 2003. During this time our service has been shaped by the contributions of our service users, staff and trustees.
- 7918 total attendance between Nov 22 and Sept 24 (total people at each session in this period), averaging 344 visits per month
- In 2024 we offered 791 sessions and activities
- We provide 9 drop in sessions per week
- We hosted 43 workshop & activity sessions, 24 talks, 9 wellbeing walks and 4 outings
We host light-hearted, engaging and insightful activities which are open to all adults who require support with their wellbeing and mental health conditions. We have something for everyone – a variety of different indoor craft workshops and light exercise, guided walks, visits to historical sites and celebrations. Our events are designed to nurture relationships, grow skills, and enjoy time together with our community.
